The Stiga (pronounced Steega) STS 285 T8522 is a tournament level table from an established brand.
From the Stiga Tournament Series (STS) of tables, this is the second level in that series.
So let's take a closer look at all aspects of this table so that you can decide whether it's the right table for you.
You may also want to read my article explaining how to choose the right table tennis table for you. I recommend that you don't buy ANY table tennis table until you've read it.
Note: Very few tables have rackets (also known as paddles or bats) and balls supplied as standard, so you'll need to check with your supplier if you need them.

So let's summarise...
This table is primarily intended for players who want a good quality table at a reasonable cost.
It's designed for indoor use only and is not recommended for outdoor use.
It's part of the Stiga Tournament Series of tables so is better quality than tables in their Recreation or Competition series.
However, it hasn't been submitted for testing and approval, so it's not an ITTF authorised table.
The standard of the net and posts supplied with this table is not the best, so you may want to purchase an additional better quality net and posts set.
This table requires two people to erect it ready for play, and to dismantle it ready for storage.
